When I was searching for a new travel trailer to replace the motorhome I recently sold I found what I was looking for (Laredo 303TG) at your dealership. I was apprehensive due to you were 5 hours away from me one way. I had heard good things about your dealership and your price beat all the dealerships locally here in Los Angeles for the same model so I decided to make the deal. Fast forward 1 year later and to my dismay the front cap began crinkling pretty bad at the roof line. Now I was sorry I bought so far away as it would be hard to bring it just to show you the damage. It was 2 weeks past the warranty period and when I called I talked with your service manager named Karen Brahic. Karen was supportive but suspected a water leak and cautioned me the factory might not cover the damage. She submitted a claim after I supplied pictures and the factory did decide to cover the damage. Karen was very helpful and supportive during this process which calmed my apprehension. When I drove my trailer to your location I was met in the Yard by Ivan Woolen who knew my name and was aware of the claim before I even went inside the office. Talk about customer service!!! I then went in and finally met Karen with whom I had talked with telephonically for a couple of months processing this claim. Needless to say I felt like I was being treated like a king. These two representatives of your company represented your dealership so professionally I would have driven 5 hours just because of the trust I felt in your dealership. I want to commend you personally for running such a professional and trustworthy organization. Oh by the way I picked up the trailer today several days before the quoted timeframe for repairs and it looks perfect. Ivan said there was no evidence of water damage and suspected they might not have used enough glue initially which makes since to me. The mark of a great dealership involves many different issues but in my opinion you are first class, your employees are first class, and your service is first class. Thank you very much, from a very satisfied customer.
